Pros
They have a nice laid back family atmosphere. The office space is very nice and convenient to downtown. The projects are exciting . Compensation is fair and competitive especially if your upper management.
Cons
Upper management is out of touch. The turnover of employees is abnormally high and accepted as apart of the culture. It seems someone quits every week. They rarely give out raises or bonuses due to the lack of financial performance, high upper management salaries, and high overhead.
