Things are generally done right the first time.

Slow to hire full timers.

I was able to work outside of my comfort zone which forced me to learn how to adapt and work with multiple different personalities as well as learn about another cutler being in another country.

Team was really unorganized and dysfunctional, coaches wouldn't show up to practice on time, The gym was about 30 degrees, and I was the only one there who spoke fluent english.
