Very unorganized, very negative and invasive management, no surplus of high selling merchandise, no consistency within each store and what their merchandise looks like, because of the inconsistency throughout, different stores adjust prices to influence closing a sale just so they can make their month because when they don't meet expectations the belittling and harassment starts

The pros of working for this company are that the associates are very helpful and want to ensure the team is able to make their sales goals each day.

The cons would be lack of tech equipment. If you need to call another store for an inventory check, you would do so through WhatsApp which made clients feel the company was a little sketchy.
