Worst experience ever - Anonymous employee Bateel Employee Review

Absolutely worst experience ever. Employees are treated terribly. The management only knows how to hire and fire. Way too much internal politics wherein useless people get ahead, and the ones who actually work hard are mistreated and fired. Nobody would believe a good brand externally functions so poorly internally. They have some of the well qualified people working for them, but they do not know how to manage them. You can be given a task that is not even your job role/job description and then judged on your inability to do it. The only thing that will help you in this organisation is not your work/skills/talent but how much you can butter the top management.
