      Pros

      Honestly there is no pros on working here other than maybe short hours since they close early.

      Cons

      Very nitpicky. You have to do everything a certain way. They pay attention to every little detail. The way you set the dates, even how you make the boxes is very specific. Also the owner was extremely rude and non approachable.

      Dates sell themselves, the menu used to be healthy now it’s just like every other cafe.

      Top management needs to listen more, their ineffective management style is having a negative impact on the guest experience
