Pros

Work-life balance. Good if you want a head start early in your career to earn the best pay in the market with the best hours. You get OT on the day you have to work on a Public holiday. You receive compensation day-off for the day of your scheduled off day if it falls on a public holiday as well. Pays on time without delay. If you perform well that month, you also receive an excellent "bonus" for your hard work and performance (given it has to be above at least 96%)

Cons

No career growth or departmental shift from the Call Center department, even if you qualify. So treat it like a "temp" job. No scheduled days off, its a rotational shift. No continuous one-hour break, you get 20min breaks in 3 portions as per the schedule assigned by seniors. You might get a "PIP" and they might allegedly be able to mess with your numbers to show "poor performance" in order to not renew your contract.
