They tell you 10% commission but take 10% off the top for every deal and then take 15% off the rest if financed no matter the dealer fee which comes down to actually 7.65%. They just sold to Leaf Home Solutions which has led to numerous employees leaving that have been with them for quite some time. They will re-scope your job build for “what-if’s” even when you’ve taken pictures of the job and measurements and that’ll knock your commission down from 7.65% to 4% commission or even a flat $200 payout. Horrible work environment, nothing but lie after lie when it comes to everything. I was promised insurance for 4 months which was never given after the company sold out. They mislead customers into believing the surveys you have them do at your appointments are just surveys but will post them on their website as positive reviews without the customers permission and they force you to get at least 70% of survey’s from all the appointments in the current month in order to bonus and if you don’t, they cut your bonus by 50%. If you enjoy working for a company that will take money out of your pocket continuously, have you lie to your customers so they can use their words without permission and has zero integrity, then this company is for you. I’ve never worked for a company that has actually doctored commission in order to not pay you out what was earned.
