Pros
Loved the freedom to create and manage, no hand holding and they really trust you. Transparent about finances and company growth. Feels like a family more than co-workers. You really are working for a company that is doing good for the planet.
Cons
Small business, so start up feel. Product is worth the grind though! You have to be a self starter or you will not thrive!
