      The people who work here are awsome

      Cons

      The leadership or lack of is abysmal. "Do as I say, not as I do" ....We are here to line the bosses pockets and thats it. We work extremely hard and for what? So he can drive around in one of his 13 cars?? Yes...thats correct 13. No money is ever re-invested in this company. Dosnt matter how short staffed we are or what we need. Coming here I only learned what company I dont want to work for.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time with Bathshop, although it was only 6 months. The business is family run and the owner is a decent guy who always helps out. He is though always busy so sometimes you do have to ask! My colleagues and managers where fantastic. It's not an amazing place to work but the people are great and I would happily work there again.

      Cons

      They are growing year on year and service levels are high. I wish I would have had more training then i could have sold more for them.
