Management - New CEO Problems - Senior Manager Battelle Employee Review

CEO might have vision to reduce costs but it is abysmal the way they handled their recent layoffs. No Talent review or anything. People were let go who were in key positions where as people are still there who are close to the CTO/Strategy team. No one was consulted i do not know how a top level officer can decide to layoff so many people and not in put in a plan, Most of the new managers who ere let go were top performers who got promoted when they offered early retirement couple of years back. It makes no sense they let go of so many people while retaining most. Guess they dont need talent just numbers.
