      Pros

      The work is rewarding when working at neon. I love doing the research and the data collection exactly what I wanted to do. The work life balance is great.

      Cons

      There are alot of internal politics at work here. The PhD's here are always right and never are open to criticism or new ideas. Once you are on their bad side they will stab you in the back and try to get you fired
