work/life is not balanced over there, personally CEO will push you ,hold you after working hours they emotional blackmail you do this work then go, unless they dont allow you to go. they don't allow you to go after working hr also if your friend need you or something else. They call you on Saturday Sunday also to come office. They create illusions while generating offer latter they will tell you like we will give you training on latest technologies blah blah what they don't use it, there they will start bargaining regarding your package. HR is so smart, if you are experience still they will bargain a lot.
