Pros
*Management works with individuals when life events come up and being able to take time off to take care of situations outside of work *Hours of operations are good M-Fri (occasional Saturdays depending on business demand during the week) *Each team member is given the opportunity to learn different areas within the warehouse *Most team members are great to work with
Cons
*During the interview process, they stress the fact that there is a strict attendance policy which is based on a point system of some sort to help maintain even workloads throughout the warehouse. After putting some time in with the company, this "attendance policy based on a point system" does not seem to matter much seeing is that some people call in quite frequently but yet; they have not been discipline and are still with the company. The ONLY reason why they are still around in my opinion is because finding decent people to have work for you is hard to come by now days. *Another factor that plays in to the attendance policy in my opinion is favoritism with certain employees which allows them to slide and abuse the system *There are certain employees that are allowed to act like they know everything and they act like they make no mistakes but the fact is; we all learn daily and whether we like it or not...mistakes are made. *Pay is slightly lower than industry offerings compared to other companies in the surrounding area for the same position *You are brought on as a temp and told that you could be brought on as a permanent if things work out. You would think, that model employees would be brought on after several months if the company felt that you are an asset to them
