      Pros

      The bonus incentives are great if you are a hard worker and can remain in the top ten. You get you work 4 10 hour shifts and potentially have 3 days off.

      Cons

      This company is EXTREMELY understaffed and you end up working about 56-70 hours per week once you are a regular employee. They force mandatory overtime on you and give out demerits when you can't work it.
