      Pros

      Very flexible hours. Good company. Good work-product. Small office so you can get good one-on-one feedback. Well-seasoned appraisers who have been in the business for a long time.

      Cons

      They don't want any full-time employees, so ability for overtime, professional growth and the like are severely hampered.
