BAPS promotes everything that you would want in an ideal company. I feel good about coming to work each day. Upper management makes you feel valued and provides encouragement and support constantly. The work culture at BAPS is nothing I have experienced in my years in HOA management. The training and organization, team spirit and drama free atmosphere are all things you can expect to find here at BAPS.

Luckily I have no complaints yet. I am excited to say N/A.

Great place to start out as a Community Manager. There are some really great people who work in upper management, and support staff roles. There is plenty of opportunity for growth, lots of tools provided to succeed at your job.

The owner is not always the easiest person to work for, but if you get him on a good day -he can be really funny. Overall the owner is very fair and generous with his staff.
