      too many chiefs, not enough indians; terrible service; terrible management support; backwards technology

      Pros

      Compensation, support, culture. Bay Equity is an excellent place to work. There are a lot of long time employees.

      Cons

      It is owned by Redfin and will be going out of business soon, once Rocket Mortgage completes its acquisition of Redfin. Other than that, no cons.
