Pros

Good benefits- mental dental vision - $20 stipend a day for god knows what The managers are amazing You get a computer or tablet and training and once in a blue moon a lunch provided

Cons

You have to drive to Monterrey, San Francisco, Tracy, Santa Rosa and you only get $20 for gas and tolls? You have to use your own phone. They are required by LAW to pay you for mandatory meetings and they do not. The worst part which they won’t tell you - is if the job is not installed within 1 month of your departure - THEY WILL ILLEGALLY KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!! They expect you to do your appt in 2 hours and drive to the next one in 30 minutes or less. They make a big stink about their number one sales people in weekly meetings and their commission plan sucks —-they pay as low as 3% for some jobs. Who can live off that when it’s commission only and they don’t pay for meetings.

Pros

- Great exposure to sales funnel processes and entry-level CRM - Provides metrics that will help develop your resume - Peers will provide mentorship and guidance to help you succeed - Compensation is competitive for experience required - Conversion track to Outside Sales Rep if desired - RTOs often approved, flexible with your schedule

Cons

- Standing for long hours - Often work by yourself - You'll often face rejection and have to interact with a high volume of prospects, must be socialable
