Pros

Managers are nice, flexible when a personal event comes up. Nice location in Baltimore

Cons

No formal training at all. Everything is a “learning experience”. Once something is messed up, then they take the time to teach you about it. Constant turnover both on the parts of the employees wanting to leave and management not knowing what they want to do with their company. Atmosphere is like high school. Each department is a clique and there’s no relationships between the departments. Constant negative talking between employees about other employees. Company is trying to remove overtime, so if you work through lunch to go home on time, or you work late, your time card will be changed to reflect that you only worked the 40 hours a week. But it only goes one way. They only round down.

Pros

One of the things I appreciate most about this company is the people. The work environment is healthy, positive, and genuinely supportive. Managers are approachable, teammates are always willing to help, and there's a strong sense of teamwork across the board. No matter how challenging things get, you never feel like you're on your own. There's always someone ready to step in, offer guidance, or simply have your back. It's the kind of workplace where you feel valued and where everyone wants to see each other succeed.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to come up with one. If anything, I think I've become too attached to the company and the people I work with. It's one of those places that's hard to leave because of the relationships and positive culture built over the years. 😊

Pros

The team is supportive, professional, and always willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

The workload can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during busy leasing seasons or when handling multiple maintenance issues and tenant concerns at once. Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively is very important in this role. However, these challenges also help employees develop strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. The experience can be very rewarding for people who enjoy a dynamic work environment and want to grow professionally.
