Terrible Management, ZERO policies, TONS of inconsistencies, to many clicks with upper management. Management is too nit picky and unappreciative of the hard work of their employees. The RIGHT HAND DOES NOT TALK TO THE LEFT HAND. ZERO room to move up in the company. ZERO communication and zero acknowledgement for a job well done, if you do get an acknowledgment its followed by what more you could do. counterproductive just like all the rules they try to implement.
