Pros
Great coworkers most of the time, very helpful workers. They care about their patients.
Cons
Depending on what unit you work on, Management micro-manages. Improper training, they put you with several different people for training, so you might not ever be taught something important. You'll just have to learn later (possibly from a mistake made). Charge Nurses run back and tell manager everything, without first informing you of your mistake.
