- Leadership: You have managers and bosses; but no leaders. Be prepared to do work that you should not be doing (outside your role); or do work that you could be doing, but are not empowered to. Upper management will not steer the ship for you, you have to take the oars and row and figure it out along the way.
- Renumeration/Bonus: Although systematic, when it comes to brass tacks, your experience is dependent on your superior. This is related to the first point.
- Lack of Networking: Although they have a large network in dozens of countries, you may feel secluded to your own locale ironically. Hence, your work and prospects within cannot achieve its full potential given this attribute of them.
