Limited interaction among remote employees across the U.S. can sometimes result in a lack of camaraderie or shared learning opportunities. While there are some challenges with global company policy and redundant procedures or departments, BayWa has taken notable steps toward empowering each local organization within the Americas to operate independently. Given the nature of our busy work, there’s limited communication with EMEA and APAC counterparts, which could provide additional insights or opportunities for collaboration.
The intense focus on major sales or negotiations can occasionally detract from work-life balance. While these efforts often lead to positive and successful outcomes, they can be resource-intensive.
