Old outdated equipment with slow performance. It is all about AUS not about the NZ situations - one way for everyone a refusal to acknowledge differences per sites Favoritism and unequally applied rules . no proper guidance for the work just thrown in and expected to learn while making no errors. HR has no sense of the work people are doing at the company and is horrible to deal with . They will suspended or place you on a PIP without notice citing issues that have never been brought up before. Taking verbal abuse from customers is expected and not compensated

Only giving it one star because I have to. There is nothing great about this employer.

- Management don't care about you. In a national meeting, management was asked how they are addressing the cost of living crisis, and their response was, "Perkbox", $4.00 saving on a $100 gift card is not assistance. - It's a toxic workplace. - You get in trouble for playing any music. - Pay is terrible and not even worth the job they expect of you - $60,000. Government entry level admin pays more. - Hours are terrible and inflexible, You get one 30 Minute lunch break and one 15 Minute break and you have to work until 4:00PM. - Management are corrupt. - Management act unlawfully and encourage staff to act the same.
