Pros

- Environment full of respect - Reasonable short and long-term incentives - Hunger for innovation and to try new things in some areas

Cons

The ongoing glyphosate lawsuit could be influencing the company’s investment decisions. Like many organizations, Bayer regularly assesses the ROI of its business units, and financial pressures may increase the likelihood of restructuring or divesting certain departments.

Pros

I met some really great people there. I felt like I was truly a part of something bigger than myself. Loved the goal... health for all, hunger for none. I mentored some brilliant minds, and I am honored to have been there to support them.

Cons

If the team you're working with likes you, you're golden. If you do things a little differently but can still achieve good results, it will not be enough. Basically, fit in or they will find clever ways to get rid of you, like putting you in charge of a project that you have little-to-no experience working on, and then terminate you when things aren't 100% better.
