Pros
You'll have a route with a certain number of stores, to which you can draw up and decide what days you will do what stores. The pay is pretty good. Management always listened and was there to help 24/7. If you did well enough you could end up with a nice bonus on your way out at the end of the season.
Cons
It's seasonal work, sometimes managers and employees will not like your presence in their stores because you're a vendor. Most of your work will be undone by competitors if you're not careful because they like to sabotage and move product.
