- Team are very supportive of one another, always looking out to help or develop each other’s skills and knowledge - Constructive feedback and you’re not afraid to ask for help or questions if you’re unsure about something - Lots of learning and development opportunities
Cons
- Head office is quite strategic in cost cuttings (especially when they try to manage ongoing litigations), so be prepared to either taken on a lot of work load to compensate for less staff or the underlying insecurity of being redundant due to regular ‘restructuring’
