For the most part, you don't have to deal with corporate that often. (Which is great because dealing with them is a headache.) Mostly working with your center and the people around you.

It is extremely hard to get upper management to agree with your decisions if they didn't directly tell you to do something. Very little feedback, whether positive or negative. Only seem to be there when they want to stick their hands in and change things.
