      Not a hard loop tech job that people to work with

      Cons

      You don't get any time off until after about 90 days even if you got doctor's appointments. Make sure you get your doctor's notes in or you will lose your job

      Paid holidays and Health insurance

      Cons

      Crappy management No order to chain of command everyone likes to think they are the boss then they get in trouble for doing it wrong but somehow becomes your fault
