Pros

Relaxed environment Parking is decent Low stress level there’s no spilling over into personal life unless you alow it Relaxed dresscode It’s possible to maintain a work life balance There’s tuition reimbursement if you qualify Benefits are decent Very diverse

Cons

Upper management continues to change Upper management isn’t able to answer questions effectively or you’ll get referred around until you give up or they give you an answer that in helpful Pay is low but should be negotiated for what you want The people at the lower levels are nice but can be nosy and micromanage others People here point the finger without first looking in the mirror Favoritism is shown to certain people There’s no room for upward movement

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working remote. My direct management has been very clear about their expectations for my role. The workload is manageable. My coworkers are kind and passionate individuals who are always available to assist when I have questions.

Cons

The company has expanded so rapidly lately, and I’m uncertain what the future of my role will look like. New tasks are offloaded frequently to my team.

Pros

Ok medical insurance, not too expensive

Cons

Aggressive environment, everything is rule based, tight control over employees, multiple status reports to different lines of management on what you do weekly. No work and life balance, unreasonable expectations, have to work nights and weekends for a pay that's below average.
