The work culture here is incredible. Co-workers and supervisors have are been great to work with across the board. The pay is great and benefits are amazing. If you are following a specific career path in this field, they have good opportunities to grow and management will help facilitate that growth.
Cons
It is in La Porte, Texas. The PTO amount is just okay and it takes quite a bit of time before they increase it. Not much room for growth unless you want to follow a specific career path.
