Really bad - Sales Manager Bayside First Employee Review

The workplace is full of energy as majority of the feet on floor are youngsters below 30. I see it as a hub of creativity, freedom of expression and a value add to one`s life. It is here that I have seen the Company Heads bestow Brand responsibility to young blood and college teens who come with the zeal and fire in the belly. Its an amazingly electric and live-wire workplace that leaves you flabbergasted with energy and awe!

We need to stop ignoring fake reviews and 'Grapes are sour' mentality on Social platforms and i firmly stand to fight back the toxicity of irrelevant and malicious outlook towards the brand.

You meet great other interns/employees and the owners promise you loads of benefits.

All their promises are fake. They don't pay our salaries on time. They show great promise while begging customers to pay and join the course, but once they join, they don't care about the customers anymore. All they care about is sales. Their course promises loads of benefits and none of it is true. To carry on it's brand name, they only provide value to a few handful of students, out of all of them who paid a lot of money for this. Unless their customers make sales for them prove useful, they won't care about them at all. The only benefit I made was making great friends. Otherwise, it's a complete waste.
