      Pros

      They're my second family. I enjoy the smaller company environment, as there's less red tape to deal with to get suggestions pushed through. The diversity in talent and background is definitely a plus. You're always learning something new from someone. There's a set culture where there's never hesitation if help is needed; regardless of what it is. As a working mom, I feel I have the best of both worlds - advancing my career in a supportive environment that doesn't make me feel guilty if my kid is sick and I have to take her to the doctor.

      Cons

      Too many foodies in the office so there's always a temptation to overeat.

      Pros

      The project assigned to the interns is very cool and challenging. Candidates could learn a lot from the interview assignments and daily job.

      Cons

      Limited return opportunities. The industry is not very popular.

      Pros

      The people were very nice and dedicated to their work. They definitely made you feel welcomed in the company and the culture is very team oriented. They're also very understanding of your needs in and out of work. I would definitely recommend this company to people who are ambitious and want to push themselves and learn new things.

      Cons

      Longer hours but nothing crazy. Growing company but still on the smaller side, could be a con or pro depending on your preference. Not many cons from my experience working at this company.
