Whole departments can get closed on a whim from a megalomaniac upper management - Media Manager Bazoom Group Employee Review

Pros

Work is pretty easy, the stress comes from superiors' tendency to micromanage. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Horrendous owners. C-level executives are replaced several times a year, for the sole reason of "let's shake things up a bit". Whole departments get shut down without notice. Remote workers are treated as a second class, and if you are not physically in Denmark, then you have no chance of advancement, or even being treated as a proper human being. If you are from Argentina, you do not get paid days off, even in the case of medical emergencies. Upper management doesn't understand the industry at all, and just pushes their own opinions, thinking that because it comes from them, it cannot fail. And the company has already fallen, don't expect them to be around in this form for much longer.

Pros

No micro management. All young co-workers. Decent base pay.

Cons

Absolute no structure in reaching their goals. Have targets set on thin air and expects you to achieve them with no resources. Throw to the wall and see what sticks is treated more like "Figure it out mentality". Hiring cheap outsourced labor now but expect top notch quality. Unrealistic KPIs and even if you hit them, you are still on the fence of getting sliced as you don't "fit the culture". No proper benefits unlike most companies similar to theirs. No patience in understanding process optimization and would change structure more than optimizing the process. Fake feedback and critics. Every department to them is a "sales" department
