The office environment was decent, but the toilet facilities were poor. Not clean at all. There weren't any other notable benefits. I chose to leave as soon as I secured another offer.

- Horrible salary structure. You better stay at home jobless - No food - No transportation system - Sometimes it is 6 days week, sometimes 5 days.

Unrealistic Deadline (Actually they don't have enough knowledge how the work should be done. Just forcing an employee to finish unnecessary project within that day which is quite impossible for an employee despite being have so much time to finish that project) v. Worst Team-leader (Team-leaders doesn't know about anything. If the task has been assigned to the juniors, they don't have any knowledge to how to analyze the problem or is this problem even really matter. In one word, they're absolute illiterate of the work that's why they're pressurizing the juniors for doing these tasks) vi. Worst company for career growth (At first, They'll attract you by saying that this company has this....this company has that.....blah blah...blah..., Actually, there is no future of one who joined in this company) vii. Colleagues are showing disrespectful behavior each other within a team viii. Worst team-management into this company
