      Pros

      The company's mission of an improved EV network.

      Cons

      No consideration or care for employees. Unreasonable performance requirements result in extremely long hours and high employee and contractor churn rates. Bullying behaviour from the CEO (who has a track record). Employment contracts are terminated before receiving share options. Dishonest communications with partners.
