Pros
Great culture and especially with kiosks in the airport, you were able to talk and meet with people from all over the world and spread the good.
Cons
Since it is a non-profit and a smaller organization, it's rather hard to rise up in the ranks and of course the pay was a little rough after awhile considering travel and amount of hours put in.
