Pros
Flexible, supportive, encouraging environment. Growth is encouraged, along with time allotted weekly. The leadership is collaborative, growth-minded, and constantly pursuing new initiatives to keep us ahead of our competitors. They offer good benefits. As well as fun team-building opportunities every month to keep us encouraged and connected.
Cons
Organizational management is sometimes inconsistent as it is still a growing organization (i.e., job descriptions, SOPs, workflows, expectations, and review processes are not in place for every role) Flexibility can lead to a lack of accountability at times. Training and development of employees lacks if you are not a driven self starting asking for these opportunities.
