Work culture is good, staff are friendly with each other. Staff are not required to work after working hours.
Cons
The bosses are unstable and over-emotional, and are unable to think rationally. Saying "no" is very heavily frowned upon by the bosses and often includes yelling, even when provided with evidence and rationale. The bosses change directions very quickly and drastically, and as a result, the company does not appear to have a direction and a path to profitability. The bosses also openly practice favouritism, so depending on which department you are assigned to, you will either have a decent or bad experience in this company. Company benefits are non-existent. Please look over your contract very carefully, because the company often sign their employees into 2 years contract with no options to leave.
