- Favoritism is a big big problem. both on an individual and departmental level. - be very careful in any contracts you engage with them. Many got burnt either not reading the fine prints or trusting the bosses to keep their word on certain promises. Top management can be extremely manipulative in this aspect. READ YOUR CONTRACT and do not listen to their sweet promises. - The leadership has no real direction or true leadership skills. before joining you'll think it's all roses, but after a while you'll realise it's just a facade and all talk. - Bosses have big mood swings accompanied with inconsistent business ideologies
