Lean management structure and overall smaller company size allows all the employees to operate feeling free to approach with any concerns or talk openly to higher management Great culture, benefits and pay Team full of people who actually care (noted by other people that employees from BEMO when working in a JV with other contractors are all nice) As mentioned smaller company by a large margin considering the scale at which they operate in the UK construction market
