Poor work culture | Unclear processes | Nepotism from the top - Manager Beach Energy Employee Review

Worked for beach for over a year, managers are pretty poor at their job. We have so many meetings and very little action at times. Managers bring their mates from Santos in all the time, so no one gets promoted in their jobs. Heaps of consultants come in for projects, no real opportunities to progress. Also a lot of favours for mates in the job and there is the typical boys club from the top down you find in the industry.
