Pros
Upper management is very understanding, they run a professional program here, the staff I work with are very hard working, good benefits. Work can get crazy sometimes but it is still a very fulfilling oppurtunity.
Cons
I understand company is growing and that changes happen that means case loads fluctuate. Sometimes workload can feel like its a lot but there's always support from other staff if you need.
