      Nice colleagues, phone system is reliable. Good for gaining hands-on experience in speaking professionally over the phone.

      Cons

      Structure of survey questions do not make sense sometimes. No CPF contribution. Pay can be more competitive.

      Lots of travel, but we made the most of it and saw some amazing things.
