      -career advancement -great pay -Teller incentive program -team environment

      Cons

      -some situations were completely ignored by upper management -one person was offered a promotion after being let go for awful performance behavior?? -they would offer jobs to External candidates more often that Internal candidates, making it hard to move up the career ladder
