Pros
- Work can be interesting but highly dependent on your practice area. - Generally reasonable hours for consulting. - A wide variety of free snacks, but most of them are processed and packaged stuff. Not very healthy.... - The researchers are really smart. Some of them can definitely do better elsewhere.
Cons
- The current middle management is a big collective WTF. Proceed at your own caution. - The firm is in a perpetual start-up mode and cannot seem to keep the entry-level researchers beyond 12-18 months. - The firm is trying, but there is no structured professional development. - Salary is not competitive relative to its competitors. - No 401k match.........
