      Pros

      Direct supervisor was great Pay was great Benefits were great Hours were great

      Cons

      Once they got acquired by Anthem... Supervisors changed...a lot (turnover) You would get a different answer from each supervisor Benefit package changed from really good insurance to junk It was pretty unorganized They work you to death if you do a good job\ You cannot move up unless you're BFFs with management

      Able to think strategically and work with other intelligent individuals to solve real-world issues with healthcare.

      Cons

      We are going back in-office; I prefer to work remotely and tend to get more done when not travelling to/from the office.
