      Pros

      Work from home and salary job. It’s a very flexible and supportive environment to work in. Lots of pto and you barely take days off because your already working from home!

      Cons

      Very top heavy leadership style. Lots of Managers but they don’t have much say without upper leadership involvement. High turnover and not very diverse workplace.
