Pros
The pros of my job is and always has been that I do this job because of the kids that's it.
Cons
Cons there's a bunch first of the job is stressful you don't get paid enough to deal with traffic and other drivers on the roads and second that if you working for the Wilbraham office management is never available when you need to speak to them, they never call you back and if you don't insist you will never hear from them but when you show up at HQ they sitting around doing nothing just talking and gossiping amongst themselves while you have phones ringing and drivers on the radio looking for someone to speak with and trust me the pay is not enough to put up with all of this so if you're reading this i can tell you now that working for this company at least in the Wilbraham office I DON'T RECOMMEND IT LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR A JOB YOUR HEALTH IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT TO BE WORKING HERE.
