Great but slow to change - Team Lead Beacon Technologies Employee Review

Wonderful employees, engaging work, and excellent benefits.

Not many, but not the place to work if you can’t hit the ground running.

I cannot actually think of any. This place is awful.

HR nightmare. Constant gossip, snake-like behavior from management, ‘Mean Girls’-type environment, and secret meetings. Management does not respect preferred pronouns, is dismissive of neurodivergence, uses negative language about larger bodies, gossips about employees while on virtual meetings and accidentally shares the wrong screen so everyone sees it. Nepotism. Offered little to no training or constructive feedback. You are under constant surveillance. High pressure to donate part of your salary to charitable orgs. Hybrid work environment but they make you come in to join Zoom meetings from your desk so what is the point of forcing you to come to the office?
